Shalom SphinnCon Israel

One week from today, on Tuesday February 5th, Sphinn will be hosting the first ever search and internet marketing event in holy Jerusalem. SphinnCon will take place at the Jerusalem College of Technology.

In my opinion, Israel is one of the greatest places in the world. The culture, the food, the nightlife, the weather…Israel represents all things wonderful. With a rapidly developing high-tech sector (Google has an office in Tel Aviv), search marketing in Israel has gone into overdrive in the past few years. A country only the size of New Jersey, it was just a matter of time before Israel became host to an SEM conference.

Barry Schwartz of Search Engine Roundtable will host and serve as moderator at SphinnCon Israel. Topics for discussion include Paid Links & Penalties, The PPC Model and Rising Click Prices, and of course there will be a Social Media panel. Our own Avi Wilensky will be speaking on the panel regarding rising keyword prices in PPC. Check back with us next week to review his Power Point presentation.

Other speakers include our good friend Eli Feldblum and Mayer Reich , of RankAbove, Eyal Chen and Tal Cohen of Google Israel, and Itai Levitan of EasyNet. For the full agenda and complete list of speakers check out the Sphinn site.

A 13 hour plane-ride to attend a one day conference? Would go in a heartbeat. For all you lucky ones who will be attending SphinnCon Israel, I wish you a fantastic and safe trip.
